By accessing our website, requesting a brand audit, or hiring IndoFlare Media Solutions ("Company", "we", or "us") for marketing, branding, web development, or SEO services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full settlement of project invoices, the client retains 100% full ownership of all custom design assets, source code, strategy documents, and brand creative assets developed specifically for the client by IndoFlare.

4. Response SLA & Guarantees

We pledge to review all legitimate business audit requests and issue a response or proposal evaluation within 4 business hours during standard working hours (Mon – Sat | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).

5. Proposals, Invoicing & Payments

Specific project timelines, milestones, retainer terms, and payment schedules are governed by individual client proposals or service agreements signed prior to project initiation.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we use proven data-backed marketing strategies to maximize reach, conversions, and ROI, final conversion rates and sales volume depend on third-party market factors, campaign budgets, and client fulfillment capabilities.
